Plot Diagram: Case Number 7234224

 This next film will be in the drama genre. Dramas are known for being very realistic, being based around dialogue, having a heavy character or plot basis. showing realistic characters and situations, being very emotional, and following a traditional three act or five act structure. On the technical side, drams are also known for being uncreative in their use of cinematography, editing, lighting, ect in order to allow the audience to focus on the writing and acting. I will be subverting these conventions by breaking realism a couple of times such as the walk out and in through the door, having dialogue exclusively be one sided, and not following any traditional act structure. Furthermore, the characters and plot more exist as a parable for the final montage instead of being the main event of the film. Also, I will by following my typical emotive style in directing this film, not using the boring shots typical dramas have. Even though it is not an official convention, I believe my use of a fake "this is a real story" is the most subversive part of the film as that changes the audience relation to the piece.
